- I warrant, confirm and agree with the Company that the Company shall have the unlimited right for 2 years to use and exploit any films and sound recordings made by “The Company” for “TV and Digital (Global)” in which I feature, or any literary, dramatic, musical or artistic works or film or sound recording included by The Company in any Film required for Out of Home Digital Screens, Online Videos, In-store Digital Video Screens, by any and all means, now known or invented in future, in Kenya The Company and its assigns shall have complete ownership of Digital (global) in which I appear including all copyright interests. To the extent that I have any ownership interest in or title to “TV and Digital (Global)” or any part thereof, I hereby transfer and assign to the Company all such right, title and interest
