The Africa Climate Investing Fellowship (ACIF) is a ten-month capacity enhancement programme designed by the African Venture Philanthropy Alliance (AVPA) to strengthen Africa's climate adaptation finance and innovation ecosystem. It addresses critical gaps by equipping impact investors and climate adaptation entrepreneurs with the skills, knowledge, and networks needed to effectively mobilise, deploy, and absorb capital for scalable adaptation solutions. The programme combines a Leadership Development Programme, an Immersion Programme, a case study collection, and an investor readiness segment to bridge the disconnect between investors and entrepreneurs, fostering a more robust and integrated market.
